- Log in to the FUOYE Digital Library staff dashboard.
- Open My Publication Submissions or Publication Upload History.
- Locate the publication record.
- Check the current status.
- Open reviewer comments if available.
- Take the required action, such as correction or resubmission.
- Draft: saved but not submitted.
- Submitted: sent for review.
- Metadata Review: title, abstract, keywords, citation and author details are being checked.
- Copyright Review: file access rights and licence are being reviewed.
- Returned for Correction: staff must update missing or incorrect information.
- Approved: ready for publication.
- Published: visible in the repository or Digital Library.
- Rejected: not accepted, with reason where available.
- Withdrawn: removed from active publication process.
- Open the returned record.
- Read the reviewer comment carefully.
- Correct the requested fields.
- Check title, abstract, keywords, citation, DOI, URL and file status.
- Save the changes.
- Resubmit for review.
The system may send notifications for submission received, correction required, copyright clarification, approval, publication or rejection. Academic staff should check both their dashboard and official email regularly.
