The E-Librarian Service is an online support channel that allows users to request assistance from FUOYE Library staff through the Digital Library platform. It supports search, OPAC, repository, OER, subscribed databases, citation, research support and publication upload guidance.

  • You cannot find a resource.
  • A link or file is not working.
  • You need help using the repository.
  • You need help accessing OER materials.
  • You need database access support.
  • You need publication upload guidance.
  • You need citation and referencing help.
  • You need research support or literature search guidance.
  1. Open the FUOYE Digital Library homepage.
  2. Click Ask an E-Librarian, Help or Library Support.
  3. Choose the correct support category.
  4. Enter your name and contact details where required.
  5. Describe the request clearly.
  6. Attach a screenshot if available.
  7. Submit the request.
  8. Check your dashboard or email for a response.
  • Full name
  • Role: student, staff, researcher or visitor
  • Faculty and department where applicable
  • Matric number or staff number where required
  • Resource title or URL
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Screenshot or error message
  • Action you want the library to take

Your request may be submitted, assigned, reviewed, answered, escalated, resolved or closed. Some issues may require review by repository support, database access staff, OER coordinator, subject librarian or technical support.

Use polite and clear language. Do not include passwords or confidential documents unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.
